Attachment and Removal of the Refill: Step 1 to snap on: Please insert the end of the refill into the head of the handle. Push the refill into the handle. Upon hearing a click, it's ready. Step 1 to snap off: Press your thumb upon the end of the refill until the lock is released. Step 2 to snap off: Then, pull out the refill by grabbing its sides. Do not pull up on the floss.
